Are you obese and frequently over eat? Yep, you guessed it. These two factors alone and together could be causing headaches. So a little exercise will help get you in shape as well as shrink that weight which could be causing your headaches.

"It's nearly impossible to change a patients behavior." That's just not true. In fact, many people over the years adjust and make healthy living choices on their own. This is a great stride towards a healthier tomorrow.
